MRT Jakarta Wins Four TOP GRC Awards 2025

PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) received four awards at the TOP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Awards 2025 organized by Top Business magazine.

The company's performance to provide optimal services to the community

Those four awards are, TOP GRC Awards 2025 #STAR 5, The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025, Platinum Trophy TOP GRC Awards 2025 (5-star rating for 5 years), and The High Performing Board of Commissioners on GRC 2025.

The Most Committed GRC Leader 2025 award is given to a Business Leader or President Director/Top Executive of a company who is deemed to have a high commitment to supporting the completeness of systems and infrastructure as well as the successful implementation of GRC in the company.

The award was directly received by PT MRT Jakarta's Operations and Maintenance Director, Mega Tarigan and PT MRT Jakarta Commissioner, Leles Sudarmanto, at Raffles Hotel, Jakarta.

MRT Jakarta President Director, Tuhiyat expressed his deepest thanks and appreciation for the award bestowed upon MRT Jakarta.

He believes that for PT MRT Jakarta, the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance is an essential matter to be applied at every level of MRT Jakarta.

This award is very beneficial and meaningful to continue implementing integrated and sustainable GRC in the MRT Jakarta environment.

"Starting from the system, infrastructure, risk management, to compliance management must be implemented properly because they will support sustainable business performance improvement," he explained, Thursday (9/11).

He continued that in this digital era, the implementation of good corporate governance will be increasingly promoted, as all aspects have been digitized for both business development and MRT Jakarta construction projects.

"GRC has proven capable of providing MRT Jakarta with the strength to face challenges, especially during the pandemic, allowing us to get through that period, remain resilient, and grow and develop based on a strong GRC foundation," he continued.

He added that PT MRT Jakarta, as a state-owned enterprise owned by the Jakarta Government operating in the field of public transportation, recognizes that good corporate governance practices are an important driving force that encourages the company to achieve sustainable business growth.

"By implementing good governance, it can encourage the company's performance to provide optimal services to the community," he stated.
